Return Shipping Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels. Any reliable tracked shipping carrier may be used. Returned items may preferably be shipped via UPS / FedEX.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Persis World , s.r.o. is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transport.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us without undue delay if the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the claim is accepted as a valid statutory complaint, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or arrange return shipment.
