- The item must be free of any damage
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- All original tags must be attached and intact

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
