I’ve been looking for work near me for about a year now, and I’m still waiting.
I’m in my mid-30s, and my friends are all in their early 20s, so my options are pretty limited.
I live in the suburbs of Seattle, but I also have a full-time job in the Northwest, which has a high concentration of women.
At the moment, I’m pretty well set on a few major career paths, but a few other things are on the table.
I’d like to work in retail or food service, and also in construction.
The thing I’m most interested in is being in a family business.
I like being around a team, and have a strong working relationship with a few co-workers, so it’s possible I could work in both.
What I’m interested in doing is in hair, because I have such a diverse collection.
My favorites are the more traditional hair styles.
It’s been almost a year since I started looking, and now that I’m here, I really feel like I’m making a lot of progress.
I’ve found a couple of new styles, and am slowly learning how to pick out the right hair color and texture.
One of the things I’m really enjoying about this job is how different it is from the typical hairdressionist job.
I don’t have to do as much of a choreography as many hairdresses do.
The job itself is more of a one-woman show, so I’m always able to focus on my hair, but the experience is much more focused on the customer.
My first time at a salon was with a hairdressor friend of mine, and the experience was incredible.
It was just a pleasure to see the difference that my hair was making to the client.
She said that the people who come in are all looking to feel good and feel good about themselves, and this job gives them that.
Hair is one of the most precious things we have, and it’s important to be able to have an experience that makes you feel good.
I hope to one day continue to work at hair, and see what comes of it.
Have a great week!
