Police in Denmark are being forced to pay expensive salon stylists to do their hair.
The agency has been forced to take out loan to pay the stylists as part of a national crackdown on the industry.
The Danish police have banned the practice for all but the most senior police officers, and have also made it illegal to use cheap hairstylers for their own clients.
They have said they have been forced by the shortage of stylists.
The ban has sparked criticism from the unions, who say it puts police officers at a disadvantage.
The government is trying to fix the problem by introducing a new set of rules on how police pay for haircuts, and also banning the practice entirely.
